The default error log is a shrine to every question you ever got wrong. It grows and grows until you stop opening it.
The useful version is organised by the class of mistake, not the individual question. 'Forgot to check the domain' is a class. 'Confused ∫ tan x dx' is a class. Under each class, paste one or two representative wrong questions and the fix that made them click.
Review it not by re-reading, but by covering the answer and re-doing the question. If you get it right cold twice in a row two weeks apart, retire the entry.
The point of the log is to become smaller over time. If it is only growing, it is a diary, not a study tool.
